Description: Responsible for identifying and evaluating customer technical requirements. Recommends and assists with the implementation of marketing & engineering programs to supply solutions. Responsible for providing performance characterizations, configuration guidelines, demonstrations, and technical field training tools for C-Byte and third party products.

Essential Job Functions:
Train technical people on Siebel through technical presentations and reports.
Understand the technical challenges and opportunities in optimizing Siebel for C-Byte Offerings. Develop/test/prove C-Byte Siebel in a multi-tiered architecture.
Act as a technical expert for Siebel.
Become a technical spokesperson for C-Byte's Siebel offering by participating in key customer visits, trade shows, conferences, C-Byte Knowledge program, and PS engagements.
Develop and deliver Siebel benchmarks, demonstrations, and technical training materials and sales tools.
Become the main technical interface in SIG to Siebel. Act as the technical lead on joint projects with Siebel.
Understand customer business problems.

Education: Requires a B.S. degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years experience with a thorough technical knowledge of company products.
